What if the secret sauce of Toastmasters isn’t an educational material but a Club Experience?

What if Toastmasters members learn by doing, getting feedback, applying it and improving; and repeating that circle? Human learning at its best! The same basic principals as machine learning though.

Questions to consider:

Do Toastmasters members progress slower in public speaking skills with Pathways comparing to CC manuals OR is it the same as before?

Is it possible that Pathways is a tool for learning patience and resilience?

Can you learn leadership by giving speeches about leadership?
