When your world moves too fast
and you lose yourself in the chaos,
introduce yourself
to each color of the sunset.
Reacquaint yourself with the earth
beneath your feet.
Thank the air that surrounds you
with every breath you take.
Find yourself in the appreciation of life.

After I went to a Retreat in Costa Rica, I set an alarm for myself with the goal to see a sunset every day. You can see a sunset wherever you are… it happens every day!
And I gave a Toastmasters speech which started with that poem ” When your world moves too fast…”
Well… I missed some sunsets but last year, 2018, I saw more sunsets than in previous years… and, I fell in love. And now a year later, in 2019, I say “All has come”
